We firmly believe in the value of our employees as a core asset of the Company, and have structured training and development programs that are designed for the benefits of the business, as well as of the individual himself.
Our new employees are required to complete a structured orientation program, which helps them acquire a basic understanding of the logistics industry and familiarizes them with the core values of our Company.
As part of their career development programs, the performance of our employees is regularly reviewed through a Staff Performance Appraisal (SPA) system, which helps ensure that our employees’ competencies meet their job requirements. It also allows us to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
For the personal growth and career development of our employees, we have a Staff Performance Improvement (SPI) system that consists of generic and functional training programs, which are then complemented by coaching and mentorship. Our employees are encouraged to attend external training courses, workshops, seminars, and conferences. Internally, we organize regular training programs to enhance our employees’ knowledge and abilities, as well as to enable us to identify individuals of high potentials for focused grooming.
